Shred Right Earns Company-Wide Honors and Individual Recognition
From ARMA.
April Was A Busy Month For Shred Right As They Earn Two ARMA Awards – Vendor Of The Year For The Company And Outstanding Chapter Volunteer For Beth Zaspel, CRM.
ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – May 22, 2008 –The Twin Cities Chapter of ARMA (Association of Records Managers and Administrators) International selected Shred and 2007. Added to the trifecta of Vendor of the Year awards is this yRight, A Rohn Industries Company, as the 2008 Vendor of the Year. Shred Right was selected by ARMA for thn’s e same recognition in 2006 ear’s individual recognition for Beth Zaspel, CRM of Shred Right. Beth was selected as the ARMA organizatioOutstanding Chapter Volunteer.
“We are very excited to be chosen as Vendor of the Year three years in a row,” stated Jim Beran. “But this year’s award is especially nice with the addition of the recognition of Beth’s individual achievement.”
Shred Right, a document and information destruction company located in St. Paul, Minnesota, was again recognized, in part, for its ongoing support of the Twin Cities ARMA Chapter during the past year as well as for its support of Chapter members, their records management programs and/or their organizations through significant projects or outstanding customer service. Shred Right has been an active member of the Twin Cities Chapter of ARMA for over 15 years.
The Twin Cities Chapter of ARMA International also recognized Beth Zaspel, CRM of Shred Right as their Outstanding Chapter Volunteer. This award focused on volunteer efforts made by Beth that supported the Twin Cities ARMA Chapter during the past year. Beth was chosen as the Chapter member who displayed significant effort, contribution of resources, achieved results and had a positive effect on the Chapter.
As an active member of ARMA, Shred Right’s support of the Twin Cities Chapter includes:
- Beth Zaspel, Shred Right’s on-staff Certified Records Manager, serves on Twin Cities ARMA Chapter Board of Directors
- Assisted in marketing the Chapter’s annual Spring Conference
- Exhibited at the annual Spring Conference
- Contributed raffle and door prizes for monthly meetings and Spring Conference
- Donated supplies and printing of conference materials
- Developed and presented four-part Records Management Seminar Series designed to educate attendees on the various aspects of RIM and the RIM profession.
- Promoted ARMA and the RIM profession at 3rd annual shredding event.
